Most of us rarely choose trains as a means of travel, preferring the privacy of a car or the comfort and speed of an airplane.
Despite the fast pace of our lives nowadays and the stress of getting to our destinations very quickly, traveling by train gives you a different feeling. There is something romantic and poetic about train travel.
What if you could see the beauty and sights of dozens of countries in one trip 21-day of 18,755 kilometers? This is supposed to be the longest train journey in the world, from Portugal to Singapore.
This trip will have a cost of around €1,200. To begin with, you will visit 13 different countries from Spain, Poland and Belarus to Mongolia, Thailand and Malaysia on the Asian leg of the trip.
