Singer Selena Gomez has opened a rehabilitation center for people suffering from mental health illnesses.
The Wondermind Center is more of a place of fun than therapy.
“Wondermind is not just for people who have a diagnosed mental illness. It's for anyone who ever feels sad, lonely, scared, anxious, and we're really not labeling anyone.", co-founder Daniella Pierson said in an ABC News interview that aired on Good Morning America.
