The Constitutional Court has abolished the special law suspending the construction of the New Theater.
Also, it has abolished VKM for the transfer of the National Theater to the ownership of the Municipality of Tirana.
According to the Constitution:
The law on "Design and realization of the urban project and the new building of the National Theater" is incompatible with the Constitution.
The law is incompatible with international agreements and violates the principle of the rule of law.
