The Special Court of Albania imposed the "house arrest" measure for former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, who is under investigation as he is suspected of corruption.
According to the court, Berisha will be supervised by the police in his apartment, since after this decision he is forbidden to leave it and communicate with other people, excluding those he lives with.
Berisha was accused in October of corruption during the privatization of the "Partizani" sports complex.
