Moderator Arbana Osmani has announced that she has been working for several months to open her restaurant "Bana's". She has chosen to comment on the news that circulated in the media about her restaurant.
"The moment has finally come to reveal to you the project that I have been working on for several months and that I am very fond of; Bana's @banas.piramida. Even though I didn't want to reveal anything without being ready, there was a lot of talk about it, alluding to untruths bordering on the absurd that I didn't want to talk about or deny. I chose to do what I do best; To work.", writes Arbana on Instagram.
The moderator reveals that the restaurant will open on Saturday at Piramida, while confirming that it continues to be part of Top Channel and we will soon see it on the screen.
"I've slowly built a fantastic team and from this Saturday I'm waiting for you at Piramida to serve you the most delicious artisan pastries you've ever baked, warm paninis with homemade bread, the best party tiramisu in the country and full other fantastic dishes. It's not the 5-star luxury restaurant you might expect, but it's a piece of my home, of my family. It is a nest built with a lot of love and dedication, helped by friends and collaborators @laago_architects @larisaagovi @arredofab @brunes.al @oz.lighting.studio @depo.casa.al @ritechcompanies and many others who believed in this project. It is a concept created with the advice of Albanian culinary excellence in Italy by @adil_pernezha @alexpernezha @paneamoreefantasiafirenze 🙏 It is a meeting place of tastes and friends, a small piece where the memories I have of my grandmother Mija, when she laid out the noodles in village in Dibër, with the inspiration I got from trips to the land of pasta, Italy. There is nothing that pleases me more than welcoming friends to my home, and the idea that this "home" will now be open to everyone fills me with special joy.
