Portugal's Secretary of State for European Affairs, Ana Paula Zacarias, has confirmed that there are no open negotiations for Albania and North Macedonia.
Zacarias says that it has been decided to postpone the date for the First Intergovernmental Conference.
The reason seems to be Bulgaria's VETO against North Macedonia. / Labyrinth
