The head of the government, Edi Rama, said today that starting next year, farmers will benefit from low-priced fuel and free diesel.
“We will remove the excise tax from fuel for agricultural production. We will remove the circulation tax and the carbon tax from fuel. In fact, we will halve the price of fuel for farmers on average. For each farmer who works the land, the amount of oil needed for the area and the declared crops for typical works is calculated with the mechanism. For that, the value of the fiscal burden which will be excluded is calculatedRama said.
According to him, farmers will be provided with a card, which will enable them a number of facilities.
"This value will be converted into the amount determined based on the criteria I mentioned of the oil that will be given for free through a special card for each farmer. Every farmer who owns or leases land is a potential beneficiary of this scheme, ensuring that he has his nephew", he continued. / Labyrinth
