The US ambassador in Tirana, Yuri Kim, visited Dhërmiu yesterday, from where she seems to have been amazed. Not only from the beauty of the landscape, but also from the Albanian hospitality.
"Twilight walk in Dhërmi. I learned how the village is being restored. I stopped for brandy and coffee while admiring the view. The ladies I met on the square look serious in this photo, but they were full of humor. They brought me glyco and liqueur and told me great stories. One lady even showed me her house and then filled my hands with dried figs.
